Therapy helps in the development of positive coping skills to address life's daily challenges. As a result, you will develop and improve your ability to solve problems in a functional manner. Therapy offers practical skills and supportive ways to manage stress and other difficult aspects of your everyday life. These coping skills can be helpful and generalized to different areas of your life over time, even when you are no longer attending therapy.
My experience with diverse populations of clients over the years has allowed me to acquire the therapeutic and coaching skills needed to work effectively with youth, adults and seniors from different backgrounds to address a wide range of mental health and coaching concerns including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, career challenges, grief and loss, trauma, emotional abuse, Substance Abuse and important life transitions.
